Post by: chocice on November 04, 2011, 09:53:09 pm
Hi,

I have seen a lot of stuff about using a laptop to read fault codes and reset the ecu etc. how much is a cable and software package and is it easy to use?

Don't be tempted by the cheap ebay cables as most don't work. If the cable will be used solely for your car then get the cheaper Ross Tech micro-can vcds cable.
