Title: Paypal&Ebay item not as described how can i claim back deposit from paypal?

 Anyone know how you claim back a deposit paid for something with paypal if the item when you go and collect it was not as described so you did not go through with winning the auction?

The easiest way is to get the other party to refund you the money. If they log on to Paypal and look at your transaction there is a link there.
