Title: Projector lights on GTi

I have a 08 GTi and the lights are....  poor! I would love Hids but want to stay road legal, so have upgraded halogens.

So, to you guys that have put on projector kits:

1. Are the dip beams better - can you see enough to turn into a dark side street?

2. Which kits have the moving shutters so the projector helps on high beam?

I want to stay as near OEM look as possible

I changed mine a while ago and definitely noticed an improvement. What bulbs are you using? Mine aren't oem in appearance though, and the projectors don't help the high beam. You'd probably best going for the Hella set which look exactly like oem xenons from the outside  :happy2:

Hi Weston,

I am using Osran Night Breakers and they certainly do the job.

I want more high-beam scatter to light up the sides of the road so want the projectors to help!

Does anyone know which kits do the moving shutter bit?
