Title: Giving the alloys a good clean
Post by: Banham on November 15, 2011, 09:43:55 pm
Im going to take my alloys of this weekend depending on the weather and give them a proper good clean.

Ive got wonder wheels alloy cleaner from halfrauds just to keep them a good clean and ive ordered some Poorboys wheel sealent paste because alot of people recommended it and im interested to try it out.

Is there anything else i can use to keep them clean/looking there best??
Do i need to wax the alloys if i use the sealent?

Thanks  :happy2:

Yep, use wax on top of the sealant. I use Collinite 476 Super Double Coat wax, and Poorboys.

i will put sealant on before wax but my wax is just a cheap stuff from halfrauds just to get used to waxing. Waiting for it to run out to get some proper wax

Great write up gives me a gd idea on what to do to mine  :happy2:
