I'm looking at buying DS2500 pads, and I've run them of a few Subaru's etc with 4 pots obvioulsy, but was happy with them. Where would be the cheapest place to source them? I am running Stage 2+. and the std brakes are not much use :)
Is anyone running these on the std discs? Thanks

I was flicking through old pm's and saw a quote of 160 quid which I think was for ds2500 does that sound right?

Ahhhhhemmmmm............

nice :) And they work well with the standard disc/fluid? I don't do any track, but have owned the car a few days, and the brakes are dire on a stage 2+.
How much is p&p please?

It's become a beast of a thread but all the info is there, a proven affordable performance kit :happy2:

Another very popular upgrade and again proven is the oem Cupra / r32 / s3 setup
It was my oem setup. Big impressive looking discs and great stopping power.
I am now running the NQSBBK as its substantially lighter and due to that handling felt improved.
Both great setups :happy2:

Still reading, it works out to be approx £600 with the refurb and paint :)

Pricey, and unknown condition, bit of a risk.
I'm going to get saving, thanks for the pointer :)
you need the smaller 2.7 calipers for the kit i think
