is there any where you can buy a nice wide arch kit from with out it looking to ott? and has anyone used them?
I saw a picture of a white one with black arches in the white car thread that looked something similar to what i was after

AMD sell the body kit they use for the MK5 GTI touring car. Is probably a bit OTT.
another alternative is to have your arches rolled?

These the ones? They were developed by fifteen52 but not sure that the ever went into porduction?

Nope.
They never released them.
I did ask Matt who owns the company and he said that they had delayed production, due to all the stuff going on with the alloys.
I really like them, not so much on those pics, but on some of the production pics they look great.
-
You got any more pics Al?

I actually quite like that. Kind of Audi RS4 style

nice, but desperate to be beaten half to death with the lowering stick!

If they do decide to put it into production then I would be tempted, think they were only a couple hundred dollars. Think they need to go on a car giving the retro MK1 look though, not really sportscar arches are they!
-
That looks alright, big job though, you would need to blend them into the wings and the repaint the bumpers, rear quarters and front wings.

Heres a quote from the guy who owned the car - Might help/put people off!
Hi,
Yes this WAS my car...
Yes, the kit came from Germany, it cost me around £3500... fitting cost £2000
The rear arches took around 2 weeks to do... they had to be rivited.. primed.. smoothed... primed... and so on.. to give that smooth perfect curve... a bodyshops nightmare...
I traded it into the dealers for a stupid price... some asian in Leicester bought it the day after
It was an OK kit... it looked well from the front and back... its meant for racing... and hence the arches were made higher ( for a slammed profile ) so it didnt look right just even dropped 70mil
Supposed to be dropped around 120 mil
Yes, i've bought a Pirelli and just loving it !!!
DSG is amazing and the interior i just love ! some don't
It was a well made fibreglass kit.. was not flimsy... but your right, a small bump would shatter the kit
Richard.
