Title: S3 intercooler question pipes & clips

Hi guys,

I have just bought an S3 intercooler to fit into the ED30, but I really need to know if I need different pipes and clips to fit it.
I would have thought that the pipes and clips were all the same size to be honest.

If anybody has ETKA and has part numbers for S3 intercooler pipes and clips, and part numbers for ED30 intercooler pipes and clips please.

No they are different. Either order the S3 pipes or cut the ends off your existing pipes and use jubilee clips.

If you do cut the ends off your existing pipes just cut the metal collar off carefully leaving the rubber hose intact or it will be too short.
You also need some short m6 iirc bolts to bolt it back as the gti uses different screws.
