Has anyone tried this? Seems quite dear at £30 for the 15ml small bottle, but if it works for a long period I may be interested. Mrs B has alloys that are truly a PITA to clean and thats after applications of Collinite, so something like this may help.

Sounds and looks too good to be true..... :rolleye:

Some of the gtechniq stuff is supposed to be very good.
Not impressed by the glass stuff though have considered the wheel sealant for myself.

Here are the application instructions:
c5 Application instructions
Do not dilute. Apply at a temperature above 5oC and not in direct sunlight. If you are applying
indoors ensure that there is adequate ventilation and wear protective gloves. Ensure that the
surface to be coated is entirely free from fats/oils or any other contaminants. Use the lint free
application pads supplied to wipe the coating onto the trim. Because the coating forms its bond
immediately it is very important you remove excess coating from the treated surface and any that
has gone onto your car’s bodywork or glass as soon as possible. To remove residue you should use a
microfiber cloth and use a light touch ie not like buffing a wax more like chamoising your car.
Maintenance
The coating requires no special maintenance and should last for around two years. Coating longevity
will be improved if wheels are cleaned only with either normal car shampoo or citrus degreaser.
Avoid acid wheel cleaners.

Applied the glass stuff to my windscreen last week. Really works well

Does 15ml do four wheels? Looks good.
-
It depends on the wheel size/design I suppose. If you are not doing the inner parts of the wheel then 15ml will certainly do all 4 wheels (so I am told).
Need to buy some, I think
