lol ive already got a few things in mind. maybe a remap has already been done with a rolling road showing 138.8  :innocent:

anything else relatively worth it?! maybe the black monza's that are on the for sale to use during winter?

before i lowered mine the monza's still gave a good ride and on a run i get between 55/60 at 75mph, my OH in her 1.9 on standard wheels does about 50/53 for some reason

LOL really?! wow. well with the map i only did a full economy and not a full power. BTW id recommend CCTUNING down in Burton. Chris knows what he's doing. I think Monza's and some projectors are on the cards and maybe if i have some money an RNS510 sometime. Hopefully. Hopefully. Does it crash about on the 18"'s?

mine was mapped at viezu in bromsgrove and the OH's was done last jan by Chris at CCtuning to econ, like you have said he knows his stuff and went thro the maps on offer for her car, that said after i left his workshop i drove up to Gateshead (dont ask 1000 miles that wkend) and i managed to get her trip to read 61mpg but it took a lot of work she cant get near that but then she is a girl :signLOL:

have a look on the TDI thread thats on the go and you will get so many ideas it will keep you poor for a while, i fully intended to leave mine as it was but that didnt last lol

yeh i went for the full econ map for the golf. he mentioned that there were power maps available to take it up to 155/165bhp without any problems but i wanted economy with mine tbh. just put in a sachs clutch and DMF. want to add monza's and some projectors or Hella's and then maybe an mfd3 and im done.

i should also mention he mapped, again economy my dads B6 Passat 170 to a reasonable 186 bhp i think it was with 430nm of torque. God that car is fast now!

well i want to keep it stock enough so it doesnt stand out but make it look smart. if that makes any sense?! any other ideas of what i can do to it?  :happy2:

thanks

one other question guys. Ive got a 1.9 se  :ashamed: and it has the AWFUL 4 spoke huge steering wheel. If i were to buy a 3 spoke one would i need to fix it using vcds to the car or just replace it?

and ive seen it posted after a search but with no replies ive just ordered and got a new bumper and was thinking of putting this on it. Has anyone used or can  give me some feedback on this

http://www.parkingdynamics.co.uk/

Thanks Guys
