Hi guys just won one of these on ebay which comes with an ISO adapter quad lock for VW golf, will i need to get an ISO Mute cable like this one at Amazon

Possibly, depends on what the ISO cable is that comes with the Parrot unit. 

Can you post a link to the actual unit?

Looks like it comes with the right ISO cable mate  :happy2:

Its the same kit I run (as does the Mrs)..

With the SOT cable you should just be plug n play. As long as the SOT is the correct one for your car. I have one here which was for a Mk5 Golf and it didn't suit the Altea as the wiring was different. I could've popped the pins out and rewired it to suit, but too much hassle for £15 so I bought the correct one.
