Just installed a parrot CK3100 kit all connected well, i think! a few problems using it though, not sure if this is normal. when someone rings me i hear no ringing tone through the stereo and it plays music as normal, but the parrot display shows a call and when i answer it the stereo then mutes. also when i dial out i hear no ringing tone just when the person I'm calling answers i can hear them fine. and the last problem is the Parrot display stays on after i have taken the key out of the ignition, i have swapped orange and red wires over, but it makes no difference. will it go off after a while as i know i can turn the stereo on without the keys in? i just don't want to run the battery flat. i never had to run any wires to the fuse box , i think its the type of wiring loom that came with it.
i await your responses guys!

No idea how to fix, but it should ring when you have a call (mutes the stereo and you hear ringing), you should hear ringing when you phone someone as well, and when you take the key out it should switch off (I think mine stays on for about 5 secs, says "goodbye" or "disconnected" on the screen and then goes blank). Great piece of kit, but it shouldn't do what yours is at the moment, but sorry no clue how to fix it, mine was installed for me.

Did you use the correct adaptor lead? They're wired differently for different cars so one may not be suitable for another.

Got it sorted thanks guys, basically the ringing problems are software, so will need to update tomorrow when I'm at work as you need a bluetooth enabled windows laptop. and i had to run a switched live from fuse box to orange wire to make it turn off when i remove key. so not to stressful. lets hope the software update goes well tomorrow.
