Title: How to fit Handbrake/Gear Gaitors?

Any ideas or guides on how to fit the above?

Handbrake just put a screwdriver underneath, there is a small square clip, push that outward and the cover just slides off.

Gearstick just pull up around the leather, that will cause the plastic surround to come up, then pull the gearknob off.
