Title: Flat battery on a dsg ?
Post by: Fletch..gti on December 08, 2011, 05:11:18 pm
Because its a dsg and if the battery is flat how can I get the car in to neutral so I can push it out of my garage ( can't lift bonnet in garage to charge the battery ) .
Had vw assistance out before and they did something to the gear lever
To get it in to neutral, but what did they do

Maybe they plugged a mini 12 volt supply into the cigarette lighter to power it up ?
Just a thought.

John

Correct. Should be a little yellow or green tab to push on.
