Title: Is it possible for spark plugs to change the characteristic of the car?
Post by: Jaywoo-GTI on December 13, 2011, 08:28:01 am
I have noticed since changing my plugs from NGK PFR6Q double platinum to BKR8EIX Iridium on Saturday that the car drive so much smoother and the delivery of boost is much more controlled.
But more importantly i used to see the boost peak at about 20psi and drop off to 15, Now i have changed the plugs it peaks at 22psi and holds at 19.

Can this be possible just by changing plug? :stupid:

My car feels transformed again, Much more eager to go, thought it was me at first but arter playing around with my Liquid all the figures seem improved. :scared:
Gotta be the best £20 i have spent on the car.
