I was impressed with the handling of the rocco, and the way it got the power down . :jumping:
-
Crikey :surprised: He knows his way around there!
-
that looks like soooo much fun :driver: but why the ski gloves?!!! :rolleye:
-
Lol, aggressive enough??!
Forgot how slowly the standard DSG changes.. :chicken:
-
The dsg working a treat for him and agree'd, the rocco's handling looks superb with very little understear. Well Planted. Not shy of the carosel either!
-
Convoy!!! Thats sooo much fun!!
-
Looks awesome :jumpmove: And My neighbour who works at Vw was saying the same about handling on the new Rocco alot better setup compaired to a standard mk5 gti!! Just need to pinch the keys of his 09 plate green 1 and find out
-
Big respect, the guy was fully commited through "Pflanzgarten" too, which is probably the most butt clenching part of the entire course. Very surprised that niether were wearing helmets tho.
-
top find TC :happy2: not saying anything on the handling comparisons :innocent:
-
DSG FTW :happy2:
-
WOW! That is preety impressive, he is flying round there. Had a drive a Rocco last weekend and I gotta say it does fell a LOT more planted than the GTI, shame its so fugly :happy2:
-
you really dont need to do that much to a GTI for it to outmatch the rocco though
-
KW V3 :P
-
Jeeze, no mechanical sympathy there. His tyres must have been like chewing gum, squealing like a stuck pig all the way around like that!!
Still, big balls though!
-
Ahh understeer makes me cringe!
-
forgot how long it is!!!! :rolleye: he knows his way around though, car seems pretty planted too.
-

haha pfanzgarten is where i overcooked it lol, right in front of the crowd :ashamed:. its a great place to spectate from though. as is Brunchen which is the next spectator area along(17km mark)
-
cant view anymore :sad1: :sad1: :sad1:
-
I missed it too doh!!! :scared: But the main reason the Scirroco is more planted is to do with the Electronic Ride system it has you know put it into sport mode and it tightens up the whole car. Great bit of kit. Its also available as an option in the Mk6 GTI :driver:
