I'm looking to get the front splitter, side skirts and lower half of the rear bumper colour coded on my GTI, any ideas how much I should expect to pay for this?
Also can anyone recommend anywhere decent in the North East where I can get this done?

BMW body shop in Stockton, I know the guys there and they did it for me..
I would really reccomend buying OEM R32 skirts (same as the GTI but come primed and ready for paint) this just makes the job easier for a few reasons, you dont need to pay the extra to have yours prepped. And you can get a really good finish on them. Plus when you remove your standard skirts its very easy to damage them, so you may need to buy a set anyways..
As for the front and rear, just get them prepped then sprayed :happy2:

Is this the BMW dealer?

Also interested in getting this done, I take it we're talking about Preston Hall?

Its Preston Hall's body shop, just round the corner from the dealership..
They do great work! Good prices too.. And local which is nice!
If you call Preston Hall and ask for the Bodyshop they will put you through.. Try and speak to Andy (The boss) and he should be able to sort you out with a quote etc..
He may remember doing my Golf a while back so could be worth mentioning that..

Oh sorry, so you have a non GTI with GTI skirts fitted?? He was lying.. lol, the GTI skirts were even less..
If there the GTI versions then yes they will need prepping as they are textured..

Right thats what i thought so they'll need rubbing down well that's a task for when its a bit warmer :happy2:

Wasn't that price a balls-up on VW's part and its since been rectified? AFAIK GTi skirts now cost similar to R32 ones.
