Foam is for applying product, microfibre ones are for polishing/buffing off.
(as a generalisation).

Just given the pads a whirl and I'm impressed, more so with the applicator which made applying my home blend Autoglym SuperExtra Resin Gloss Protector much more easy!  It also means that there is less waste when applying too, I've just been out to take a few more pics of my little Steel Grey Animal (I also took some pics of my car!) and here are the results, more pics to follow in a separate thread once I get chance to play in photoshop!..

A big thanks to Keith for organising this!  :happy2:

Some very nice pics. Were the applicators any good for smaller areas like the front of the car?

Thanks very much! If you're interested you can see some others here:

The applicators are pretty good on the smaller areas, much more accurate than a traditional cloth...  :happy2:

Glad you liked them, I like the applicator ones too as they have a multitude of uses with other products and are washable.
I have a set left if anyones interested(stoke yours are put aside)
If there's more interested parties I could get some more? might just do the applicators on there own next time.
