Title: Xenons from USA..?

Iv got a chance to have some xenon headlights at a good price... but they are in USA.

What i need to know is, are they the same fitment and can the beam be changed over etc?

No they won't work.

Beam pattern is different for LHD vehicles

correction....
they can indeed be changed over to work in the uk...

theres a little lever in the projectors to alter which projector has the 'step' in the cutoff

all you have to do is flick it over to the RHD setting and away you go!

hmm interesting... apparently the 8P''s got a fixed beam pattern, and different part numbers for LHD and RHD vehicles. i guess i assumed the Mk5 would be the same.

my mistake OP, sorry about that  :ashamed:
