Hi guys,
I have the annoying very small metal valves on two of my 18" monza's and standard wheel valves do not fit into them.
Anyone got any links for a correct adapter that will allow me to correctly put some air into them?
Been to three different tyre places now and all three have said they have never seen anything like them before and although they can put air into them, they can not tell how much is going in.
Even a link to some very thin metal valves that will fit but are the standard length will be a great help as these have become a real pain.
Heres a link to what looks like i have fitted currently:

and heres an adapter i bought and tried last night but still didnt work:

Guess you are not the original owner of the car as whoever installed those didn't want to buy the correct ones from VW. The VW ones 1KO601361 cost around £12 each.

Nope only bought the car this year.
Is that a little adapter attached that comes with the valve?

Got a pair of genuine valves today and the problem is sorted.
