Title: Bluefin reset

Does anyone know the procedure for resetting my 3 months old bluefin unit? Is it a send away job or remotely over the internet?
I have read somewhere its free if your the original owner and less than 12 months old.
Any help would be appreciated.

It certainly used to be free within the first 12 months.  Best bet is to phone superchips and ask.  They can reset it over the internet but sometimes they want to do a firmware update to the unit itself which means posting it in.
