I hit a pot hole over the Christmas holidays and bent one of my wheels (genuine 18" Monza II). A vibration noise developed, initially I thought the tracking was out so I brought it into a garage to be checked.
They also re-balanced the wheels. While on the balancing machine it was obvious the inside of the rim was bent out of shape. This was causing the noise. The outside face is still fine and shows no signs of damage, the wheel is not cracked.
I have heard some engineering shops can straighten wheels. Anyone had this done???
If I cannot find one I will just buy a second hand Monza. I presume it will be hard to come by someone selling 1 wheel.
Cheers,

Lepsons can straighten wheels, dependant on how bad.
