Title: Laptop advice?
Post by: TANNER on January 06, 2012, 06:08:46 pm
Hi Guys,

Looking to spend around £300 on a home laptop, My last was from Ebuyer, can anyone recomend any other sites from past experience that have been competetive?

The 2 possibles I have found so far are:

http://www.ebuyer.com/288573-fujitsu-lifebook-ah530-laptop-vfy-ah530mrsa2gb (http://www.ebuyer.com/288573-fujitsu-lifebook-ah530-laptop-vfy-ah530mrsa2gb)

http://www.pcworld.co.uk/gbuk/toshiba-satellite-c660d-1gd-15-6-laptop-11854635-pdt.html (http://www.pcworld.co.uk/gbuk/toshiba-satellite-c660d-1gd-15-6-laptop-11854635-pdt.html)

Wont be doing anything fancy on it just, internet, pictures and downloads as my work laptop keeps having stuff wiped by IT!  :fighting:

Any advice from tech guys out there appreciated!

Thanks in advance. :happy2:

I've just ordered another of these for a friend, got the in-laws one for xmas too - not bad for the money

http://www.ebuyer.com/287722-hp-630-laptop-a1f77es-abu

£388 then you get £75 cashback from hp making it just over £300 for a decent Intel i3 laptop

Or I would recommend Dell Outlet.

Try Tesco Direct as well!!
They sell Dell laptops - pretty decent specs at good prices. Not sure if they buy in bulk, but most of the time they are cheaper then buying from Dell themselves!

What HEDGE said. Large savings can be made at the Dell outlet. Failing that checkout www.hotukdeals.com as there are normally some pretty good deals on there.
