Title: Golf Top Center Vent

Which models have this? Any idea on part number or what to call it? I have a tray, this looks far more useful for demisting

I saw a few on ebay last night. But not sure what to type in. Top air vent or something simular. But im sure somebody will no what they are called

They are an indirect airvent, not sure exactly which models have them but fairly sure standard on the gti.

That particular one is being sold by SteveP on this very forum i believe so you can pm him for more info :)

Very easy mod I believe, take out your tray, put in vent  :happy2:

Currently that is a cracking price including the lower vents also.  The top vent may be standard on the GTi but it definitely isn't on the GT, mine just had a tray.  I got my top vent from ebay via a link posted on the forum by Demon666, paid approx' £28 delivered but it was a new item.  Took me about 2 minutes to fit, rubber tray liner comes out, 2 x torx screws under this, then with a spreader ease the tray assembly out and clip the top vent in, volia.  :happy2:

Yes this is my ebay listing.

This one is from a GTI and think it was only the top spec models that featured these, the vast majority of Golfs just have the storage tray.

Just found out its for the climatic control sensor.

Does this vent come if Climatronic is fitted?
Mine has Climatronic and has that vent fitted.

I think it was a standard feature if climatronic was fitted.
