Hi all, I've detailed in a few other threads the chronic problems I am having with the emissions system on my car. Apologies for sounding like a broken record!
My car has been to VW Huddersfield and an Independent VW Specialist, who have both replaced a number of parts, firstly the canister purge regulator valve, then the EVAP canister, DV and PCV.
When VW last looked at my car they claimed the regulator valve was faulty, however when I took it to the garage that fitted it they physically showed me using VCDS that when you request it to open and close it does so, meaning it is fitted correctly and is not defective.
The following is the code that is being logged time after time:
16825/P0441/001089 - EVAP Emission Control Sys: Incorrect Flow
So in reality it can't be anything other than a few components, but neither garage seem capable of repairing this problem. So what do I do?!

I did at long last!
It ended up being the very first thing that was replaced - the N80 Canister Purge Regulator Valve. The process that VW went through to identify it was quite ridiculous - the EVAP canister was replaced twice, the throttle body was cleaned, the throttle body was replaced, then they basically stripped down an Edition 30 they were selling and starting replacing parts on my car. All traced back to that very first part being faulty. The car has been absolutely fine since.
