Title: Jumpy acceleration once reached temp

I've got a 05 Gti and just recently I've noticed that once it reaches temp (90 degrees) when I start to climb a hill at about 1500-2000 rpm the revs go jumpy just for a second or two then go fine again. I'd be grateful for any ideas... cheers
