Title: Drive torque stage 1 clutch
Post by: Trekmeister on January 13, 2012, 02:59:40 pm
Thinking of replacing my OEM MK5 GT TDI 140 clutch with an uprated one without paying the earth. Seen a drivetorque stage 1 for around £230. Has anyone used one of these, are they a straight replacement, any drawbacks etc?

Hmmmm . . . I would personally stick to the more established clutch manufacturers.

Clutch is a lottery even with respected clutch manufacturers...I don't even wanna think how good can a clutch that cheap be !

Larkspeed certainly don't have a particularly great rep - very mixed reviews - the chavs seem to love em, but serious enthusiasts seem to go elsewhere.
