Title: Train sets
Post by: markymark on January 15, 2012, 06:47:52 pm: I think I must be getting old, but since getting my scalextric out of the loft I've found myself looking at Hornby Train Sets. Anyone know anything about them, have one etc?
Just reliving part of my childhood as I still have my old Lima Intercity 125, but quite fancy a new set! :laugh:

I did think I was having a midlife crisis even thinking about it but I haven't taken the plunge yet!

Cheers Phil, yeah I bought my friends kids one each at christmas and I think that's what started me off!

Yeah I was up there a few years ago, had great fun! Brought back childhood memories of being there and being like a rabbit caught in the headlights, I didn't know which way to turn first! :happy2:
