Title: Info On Boost Setting

I am currently on boost setting 9, i find this far to aggressive in the lower rpm therefore just wheelspins. I have read that a lower figure will result less aggressive and will push the power more top end which is what im looking for.

Will the specified boost still be the same if i drop the boost setting ?

Also that might help me: DSG remap/rs4 valve.

Please could someone correct me ?

Lower setting in revo will drop requested boost accross the entire load vs RPM map.
