Title: Wrings Diagrams - Headlights
Post by: Bikerz on January 20, 2012, 10:06:58 pm
The previous owner put in some R32 xenons with crap ballasts and hacked away at wiring  :fighting:
I now have genuine but cant work out sod all! I have a Haynes manual but doesnt show core colour in that detail for headlights. Anyone got one? Or want to help a fellow mk5 owner out big time for beers?

I've asked a vw service technician, on another forum, for wiring diagrams (colours, sizes and pin locations)

If he comes through i'll post it on here for everyone's reference.

Beastie or others - Whats the point in the 12 pin connector seeing as you only use 10 pins on the 12 pin connector (ok you use 11 pin for hi beam xenon OPTIONAL)
