Title: 2.0 tdi egr cooler
Post by: sandancer on January 23, 2012, 08:34:14 pm
I've got the dreaded water loss on my 2004 BKD engine tdi, varies between 400 miles to the pint to 1500 miles to the pint. Going to whip off the egr cooler to check if there's any coolant residue in there before suspecting the head. Anybody removed one before and can offer any hints or tips ?
Also, anyone want to sell a decent cooler if that's the problem ?

Cheers
