Title: Why do threads get locked?

 Just noticed a big padlock on my last one!

No idea why that one is locked but you always post threads in the wrong section and when we move them it leaves a link and a locked sign because you cant post in their anymore.
It took you about 4 weeks to come out of the Mk5 general area section.  :laugh:

No, you have got the hang of it now.  :happy2: just the odd one or 2 a week  :wink:. It is not a problem posting in the wrong section, not really bothered but if we dont move them it becomes a rash and know one can be arsed scrolling down to post in the right section.  :happy2:

Your DSG thread might have been locked by yourself accidentally. I have done this before.  :happy2:

I'm pretty rubbish on computers to be honest TC!

I've only just worked out how to get my little picture on the side, and you've removed my sig pic as it's too big! I'm a decorator for a reason!

Thanks for such a brilliant site anyway. I've learnt so much about my car and how to drive it in the last few months. I've had so much help and advice from so many. Superb.
