Hi All,

My First Golf mkv GTI in Red with Dsg!!!
Had it about 5 weeks and still getting used to the Dsg box!

Will post some pix when i get some together,

Planned mods, are millte exhaust undecided with resonated or not?
and a stage one remap again undecided which one ?
any ideas...... :happy2:

Welcome!

There's loads of threads on here about 'which stage 1' but some good advice I've had is to get it done fairly close to where you live, so it's easy to build a rapport with the guys there and get good after sales service and support.

With the remap, when you say undecided, do you mean on getting it or which 1 to get?

What I meant was on which one to get!
But have taken the plunge and had stage 1 remap and the milltek cat back non resonated (louder) fitted
Well I say louder, not that loud as to be uncomfortable on a run but does sound nice !!!

Had the work done at AMD in Thurrock, when on the rolling road show 199.9 bhp on first run
Which he said indicated a sound engine.
Then loaded the remap and got 274.8 bhp on last run
Well impressed !
