TBH no i dont, but my point is it is a temp wheel, so i wouldnt have thought many get damaged and TBH ive used mine once, and covered about 3 miles on it, but why do people say they are rare? i consider my TDI as being a one up from base model and its got one so they arent really that rare are they?

In Seat's the Spare wheel is a cost option, I would of thought that is the case with VW's as well?

			-
probably due to the fact that most if not all new cars have a can of repair Gunk

I sold my spare to a guy that was a bit special.
He ran with his on for so long that the wheel snapped, and the tyre and tyre wall came off the centre completely.

 :surprised: really, what a bean
the sort of money they are making i could sell mine and then replace my tyres with runflats......... 4 tyres £50 each =£200+ £100 for my space saver, 4x runflats £80 each (trade) =£320 it has legs maybe  :popcornsoda:

they are rare because all the written off cars which have had a heavy rear impact have had the space saver mashed as well, so only the cars that have been t-boned or had frontal smashes are having the space savers salvaged
