Title: Ripped off rear wiper
Post by: Mk5 GTian on February 06, 2012, 09:02:34 pm
Some Little Herbert thought it would be nice to rip off my rear wiper.

All that's left is the little spindle which includes the screenwash hole.

Does anyone know part numbers for new bits please?

Thanks,

Ian

I don't have the part numbers but I bought the new bits.

If you give TPS your reg they will give you the right parts.

As for being ripped off, there is a 12mm nut that holds the arm on. I presume this was still on?

Should be a cheap easy repair at least.

Yes, the nut is still on, rusted on nicely in fact!

You'll need the cap, arm and wiper. Was about £25 the last time I bought them.

Cheers Tim, I found the cap on the floor, so just the wiper and arm needed.
