Hiya guys
I was wondering if you could help me?
I clipped my front bumper this morning, but "luckily" it was only on the bumper inserts (where the headlight washers would be, mine doesnt have any)
As its colour coded i need to remove it and spray it this weekend, as it loos quite bad.
Just wondering how you removed them?
Thanks

You can pry them off from the front, one by one, with some form of trim remover. Take care not to slip and scratch the bumper if you use a screwdriver wrapped up etc.
Here's pics I put up previously, may help you see where the tabs are.

or you could remove the lower fog light grill and push out from the inside/carefully push the tabs out which you'll be able to feel from the inside...avoids you risking leaving screwdriver marks...

Just noticed the bumper strips you have are different to what I posted a pic of.

The pictures you posted were a great help. I used a small flat head screwdriver and some rag wrapped around it. Started on the corner and it popped off easily :happy2:
