Title: Standard Brake Pads

Looking to replace the standrd GTI brake pads for ATE or Pagid pads from Euro Car Parts.  The only problem is it throws up a few different suggestions for the size of pads needed and I've no idea what I've got.  Just replacing like for like on the front and the back. 

Can anyone help out or point me in the direction of a reference?

Searched on here but most posts speaking about pads are for an uprated size.
