Hi!
I need to change battery of my GTI, I want to know if 60Ah is enough and if I won´t have problems.
Leon cupra, Jetta 2.0tfsi both have 60Ah batteries.
Best regards.

IMHO you should fit the same as already fitted to the car.

Is better the second because it have same voltage and 2400mAh, the first only have 1500mAh :happy2:
What I need is a smaller Battery but don't want to compromise the car needs.

like for like change and you can't go wrong!

60 Ah is enough !!
Volkswagen and Audi have put 60 Ah, 70 Ah and 72 Ah batteries in 2.0 TFSI cars.
Size isn't the only thing that matters. Take care to go for high quality battery.
I'd only go for more than 60 Ah if I had an additional heater.

Thanks Bruce!
Bought today one high quality battery, 57Ah 570A.
Stock was 70Ah but only 340A for the start.
