If your planning to do the dash and centre console, I think you will find it more cost effective to have it 'flocked' you get the same effect.

Google flocking - basically the cover the item in a glue and its srayed with a swade type material.

if you dish the dash....would you not want to continue the theme? door cards etc

I'd look at flocking, sooo many colour choices..........example
