Title: Number plate screw dissintegrated

aaaaaaaaaargh

Went to  undo the screw on my number plate and the front screw star heads have dissapeared!! There is nothing there!! What can i do??

Urgent help, DVLA plate change was yesterday!!

drill the heads off to allow you to remove the plate.
Then you could undo the stumps whats left with a pair of pliers.
Would need new fixings from halfrods too

Alternatively chuckem and order a new set www.fancyplates.com (legal or otherwise) and stick the new ones one , much neater  :happy2:

If you have got a dremel, you can cut a notch in the head and use a flat head screwdriver to remove the screw.

I've had it happen to me many a time, mole grips are normally what save me!

sorted bit of drilling and a set of pliers!!
