Title: GTI seat retrim
Post by: andygo on February 23, 2012, 02:43:37 pm: The right hand body support cushion on the backrest of my GTi drivers seat is starting to fray a little. Anybody fixed this issue? Its the standard grey fabric on an 06 car.

I'd phone him tbh,
Mike is so busy (especially in the build up to Ultimate dubs) that he rarely replies to e mails, but will answer his phone, or call you back within the hour. :happy2:

He wouldn't give me the part number as he wasn't allowed due to "liability reasons". How strange.

Mind you, last time I wanted some spray to refinish an alloy wheel, he told me the paint did not exist. Well until I gave HIM the part number....

Sorry, I reckon the price I got for the seat cover was a trade price, :ashamed: so I will ring TPS in Guildford on Monday and see if we can't get this at a reasonable price.

No worries Andy. I think it makes quite a difference on some items, this being one of them! :sick:
