Ok so you have started... Now the Pesky's need to go, and stock springs... lol

Some inspiration for you and for the wifey. Would she approve?

I love those cars......

....

O M G !!!!

I've just fallen head over heels in love......and lust!!

Would mine look OTT with it's existing shiny carbon nose but with matte black vinyl centre bonnet and roof and then shiny OSIR carbon roof spoiler?

Robin, I think the front mask should match the bonnet/roof vinyl colour/effect.

But I think you're car looks equally as good as that GTI, yours is slightly different and everything you've done just matches so well together.

....I think you are probably right, Chris - Mine is a 5-door and without spacers.

It's just that I fell instantly in lust - You know what it's like - Eva Mendes stepped onto the bus you were on but only went one stop! Out of your life forever! The Rolling Stones' "Anybody Seen My Baby" is all about such moments - Very burlesque but stunning music : -

In the context of your car Robin, I think it would work well - although in hindsight, I bet you wish you'd no painted your bonnet.

....Actually no regrets at all about painting my bonnet because large areas of highly lacquered OSIR carbonfibre is extremely sparkly, especially in the horizontal plane.

I guess that if I was doing it all again, I might have gone for the matte (dry weave) carbonfibre - Now THAT might have been uber cool! But it wasn't available then.

I meant just for the continuation of grille through bonnet, although I don't know what you'd ahve done with the roof in that case?

Erm....Just do it!

....Hmm, dunno yet :rolleye:

My new Milltek will be fitted the week after next [No, there's nothing wrong with the existing one] and so I'll see how my whole rear looks then.

IF I do go for a carbon roof spoiler, I think I would matte black vinyl the roof only.
