where can I purchase the best OEM clutch kit /dmf
also how many things are best to change when replacing a new clutch?
DMF/CLUTCH/slave cylinder? anything else?
would it be cheaper labour if I got my cambelt etc done at the same time :S?
also where can I buy these clutch kits/DMF from etc I heard sachs is better than LUK ..
thankss

Genuine dmf and clutches are actually made by luk. The genuine fly wheel come in a lovely vw box but has the luk part number stamped on the unit.
My advice would be buy luk parts from your local motor factors as it would be nearly half price.

what would be even better is if you knew someone who has a garage who uses eurocarparts a lot.... my local mechanic uses them a heck of a lot, got me a hefty discount on DMF+clutch kit for my 1.9tdi sport, down to 280 incl vat for the lot, the slave cylinder i had to get for £55 from TPS as they couldnt get me the right one quick enough and the price difference was minimal....
