Title: Oil change?

How much oil does the gti need/take? Just brought 4l of castrol edge today ready for the oil change tomorrow, will it be enough?

Not quite, i seem to remember it being 4.2L. or 4.1  :happy2:

No!
You need ~4.8 litres when you change filter.  :smiley:

around 4.5 litres is what i put in make sure u dont go over the max line on the dip stick

Ok cheers guys,

Lucky i brought a 1l bottle a while back to top up with. Pretty sure iv hardly used any of that.
