Title: My RNS Died Yesterday
Post by: kevinm on March 04, 2012, 03:39:28 pm
Hi all,

My RNS510 died yesterday. It just turned off for no reason. It's completely dead. I cant scan it with vcds. I have the old RCD500 in so it's not a fuse.

Any ideas? It's a version B running 2720.

TIA

There is a fuse in the back.  Also check there is power to it.

I checked that fuse and it's not blown. There is power to it. I have the rcd500 back in and it's working.

Hmm sounds like it's an internal issue then in which case it's probably more difficult to diagnose and would require some spares.  I know Eddie NL can get spares for them.
