Has anyone seen a MK5 Gti wearing 18'' BBS Calitos AKA special order Audi Multi-spoke Split rims ? Can anyone direct me to a photo of a golf wearing these please, been searching but can't find one think it would look good.
Also, what would my Monza II's be worth second hand with four quality tyres (brand new avons on the front / dunlops on the rear with good tread) ?? - wheels need a refurb but are genuine and straight.
Thanks for any input. :happy2:

Post a picture up of the wheels and i will search my library for a Mk5 with them on. :happy2:
in regards to your Monza's my guess would be £450 to 550 due to them needing a refurb, that would take them into the very common bracket, so somebody wanting them could buy a set that is really tatty and get the same results as with yours.

No unfortunately, they have 15 single spokes in silver with a polished outer lip
But thanks for trying :happy2:

Mmm, not sure now.... would be going on a black Gti
-
I think they would look a lot better in a darker colour. :happy2:
-
Are they 18s on the blue Golf? Look a tad on the small side?

Can anyone with photoshop skills do the centres in anthracite and satin black ?

Yes they are 18" rims!
-
I really can't decide if I like them or not, would look better with the car sitting lower I think.
Was also looking at the 19'' finichi's (?) in the for sale section, looked at them loads of times and not too keen on them on the white car but think they might look cracking on my black 5 door (prefer the oem+ look really but think these 'might' look wicked on a lowered black 5 door)

If you PM Verry cherry who owns the wheels, he is great with photoshop and can shop both sets of rims on your car if you provide him with a piccie. :happy2:
-
Can't do PM's yet, here's a pic of a black Gti though.

matsu
-
They look V Nice, but look like 19's maybe 20's in that pic, very nice work though :happy2:
-
that's a 19 in those pix
-
the ones I've got my eye on are 18's (unfortunately)
-
Hi VC,
any chance you could scale the rim's down to 18's (if it's a quick job) - need to make a decision on these tonight and I think at the size in the pic they look great, but might loose too much impact at 18.
I can't really tell from the blue golf on page 1 as it's not a gti, it's a different colour and it sit's higher.
Thanks in advance if you can do this.
