Title: Help with RNS510 retrofit coding

hi all

Bought a RNS510 which i fitted and is all working perfectly. My problem is that i cant get the Nav on my highline - Every time i use the long code helper I get "Error 31"

Any help o advice from the Guru's would be appreciated!

Can you post a full autoscan of the car please.
