Title: Number plate surround - "dealer fit option"?

I'd like to get a new front number plate surround.mount for my ED30.

Alan Day VW tell me that there isn't a part number for it as it was a 'dealer fit option'.

I'm sure this is wrong because every GTI I have seen has the exact same mount for the number plate, which attaches to the bumper.  Dealer tells me they only have a part number for the whole bumper...

Does anyone have a part number for just the mounting plate/surround?

The plate surround comes with the UK Grille assembly.

ETKA is giving me 2 part numbers for this  :confused:

1K0807285B - £6.80 inc. VAT

or

1K0807287C - £22.37 inc. VAT

Just google image searched both part numbers and they appear to be the same? But why such a massive price difference?
