I'm not a sky subscriber and am really gonna miss F1 this year , is there a way to just buy F1 coverage on the sky go app ???

Each person can register 2 devices per account so if you have a good mate with sky, offer some beer tokens.

You can purchase it on it's own but it's stupid at £30 a month.

As above best way is to ask a friend in exchange for beer and a foot massage.

I quite like the app, one small thing that could take it to another dimension of course is for them to enable airplay....at present the Airplay option exists but it doesnt support video. This I presume is SKY protecting their Multiroom revenues.

Yeah, there's no chance AirPlay is going to happen. Shame, but pretty understandable.

I think there are ways around it if you're prepared to Jailbreak your device, but that's not for everyone.

Thanks. That's a bit rubbish. I live in a listed building so were not allowed a sky dish, getting it through virgin is my only option.

I use the ATV for airplay of bbc iplayer from ipad or iphone on the main TV.

Not intersted in using it to actually buy any programmes, they are effing expensive (or were the last time I looked)  :surprised:
