Post by: higher1 on March 16, 2012, 09:49:22 pm

on there website they list the following-

Street Performance Coil Overs

http://www.hrsprings.com/products/coil-overs/

Yet in england all suppliers list there range under different model names, are they the same just named different?

in the uk the range seems to be-

H&R Monotube Coilovers
H&R Monotube Adjustable Coilovers
H&R Twin-Tube Coilovers
H&R Twin-Tube Adjustable Coilovers
H&R Monotube Black Aluminium Coilovers
H&R Clubsport Coilovers

any info will be helpfull cheers

Not much help on the H&R front but what is your budget?

I had the APR Golf R demo the other month and that was running AST coilovers, these might be within your budget.  By far the comfiest coilover kit ive ever used, and handled like a dream they strike the perfect balance and their adjustable.  SteveP uses them as well with some pretty high regard.

Just an option.  Possibly Bilstein B16s could be used.

I have tried the monoyube and monotube adjustable, both were fantasic. This is when they used Bilstein as a damper supplier, they now use Koni.

Take a look at Bilstein as well, its the only suspension we sell now, simply brilliant products and now have a full UK service and sales operation.
