Title: What do i need to order a new key ?

After going the ebay route and failing as VW could not code my key, ive decided to bite the bullet and order a brand new one from VW.

So what do i need to take to order one ?

I believe i need my V5 and proof of ID anything else ?

Did not need to provide any documentation as they need the car and the old key to code it up
